TERMS OF SERVICE

Each item is handmade by Megan in her workshop in soho, London.
Most items held in stock are dispatched within 3 working days.
All orders wrapped in Megan Brown Jewellery bespoke packaging.

Prices

Prices shown on this site are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability of goods ordered. Megan reserves the right to refuse an order at any time.

Payment

All products remain the property of Megan Brown Jewellery until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.

All transfers conducted through Megan Brown Jewellery are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways, unless requested otherwise, to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption.

Delivery times

All items are handmade by Megan in workshop in Soho, London. Items held in stock will be dispatched within 3 working days. If a piece will take any longer to dispatch, Megan will be in touch to advise an estimated despatch date.

Some items are made-to-order, including all rings and bespoke requests. Despatch time will depend on the piece. This is stated in the individual product description in the online shop.

If you would like an item for a specific date, please contact Megan and she will do her best to accommodate your requirements.

Postage

UK Orders - Delivery is £5 with free delivery for all orders over £100.

International- £10

UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is a next-day service and a signature is required on delivery. International orders will be sent either by Royal Mail Airsure, or International Signed For.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, sales taxes or other import costs.

Returns & exchanges

Online orders are entitled to a exchange or credit note within 7 days of purchase, minus postage and packaging charges. To be eligible for return, items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging with any enclosed documentation. Please inform Megan of your intention to return items in writing by email as soon as possible.

When returning an item, please ensure that you package it securely and return via a tracked postal service. Returns are at the customers own risk and postage is at the expense of the customer.

All purchases made on sale items are deemed final sale and are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns in store or online of commissioned, customised or personalised pieces. Pierced earrings are also non-refundable for hygiene reasons.

Credit notes will be sent via email once the piece has been returned, these can be used online and in person.

Cancellation

Orders must be cancelled or amended within 24 hours. If you no longer wish to proceed with your purchase you must contact Megan via Email.

Faulty or Incorrect goods

If your goods arrive faulty, or damaged you must inform Megan within 7 days of delivery and she will assist in resolving any issues as quickly as possible. Willfull, malicious damage or negligence will void any rights you have to take advantage of the refund or exchange policies.

Sizing

When ordering rings it is the customers responsibility to ensure that they have ordered the correct size. See ring sizing guidelines. For further advice on sizing please contact Megan directly and she will be happy to assist.

I aim for photographs, descriptions, sizes and colours are as accurate as possible, however slight variations may occur between pieces. Images may not be actual size. Please refer to individual product dimensions provided for the actual size of each item.
